FOUQUE : Toulouse, 1798 ; Toulouse, 1871 ; issu de la lignée de faïenciers Fouque et Arnoux, originaires de Moustiers-Sainte-Marie (Alpes-de-Haute-Provence). Fondateur de la manufacture en 1830, il succède en 1849 à son neveu Léon Arnoux à la tête de la manufacture de faïences et porcelaines de Saint-Gaudens/Valentine (Haute-Garonne). Il la dirige jusqu'en 1864
