Cette pièce est en faïence stannifère (décor de grand feu, camaïeu violet de manganèse). La pièce a pour dimensions L. 24,5 cm ; H. 17,6 cm ; l. 24,5 cm ; D. 19,4 cm ; P. 19,4 cm ; Pds. 1710 ; VOLUM. 0,0052. L'oeuvre représente : représentation végétale,fleur,pivoine,tige,barrière,géomorphologie,rocher. L'oeuvre date de la 2e moitié 18e siècle;3e quart 18e siècle. Détail à relever : Fondée vers 1718 par Pierre Fauquez, la manufacture fut dirigée par son fils François-Joseph à partir de 1740, où il introduisit la technique du petit feu. Jean-Baptiste Fauquez, entré dans la fabrique en 1766, l'amena à son meilleur niveau de production. La concurrence des faïences fines anglaises, puis la Révolution, précipitèrent la fin de la manufacture. Vendue à Antoine Fourmestreaux en 1795, elle ferma définitivement ses portes en 1810.
