Sur la première page, à la plume et encre noire :Ecole française / volume 18, P - 63 dessins. Les dessins de Le Brun et de son atelier se rapportent à l'expression des passions, sujet de ses conférences à l'Académie en 1668. Plusieurs gravures d'Audran et des dessins de Le Brun ont été insérés entre les folios de l'album. Liste manuscrite reliée dans l'album, 2 f, 3 p. ms.
