Description
Socle semi-circulaire à pans incurvés portant inscription. Technique de l'estampage. Engobe blanc, polychromie sur le devant de la pièce uniquement : drapé vert, jaune et brun, robe avec semis de fleurettes bleu (rare utilisation du vert de cuivre pour la décoration du manteau). Hermines stylisées au bord du manteau. Creuse. Orifice dans le creux de la couronne permettant l'insertion d'un cierge que l'on faisait brûler lors des accouchements, pour la protection de la mère et de son enfant (Vierge d'accouchée). Orifice dans le dos (trou percé dans le biscuit pour éviter son explosion lors de la cuisson)
