Description

Calcaire taillé ; Ce fragment et le n°inv.997.0.36 ont la même origine. Ils se composent d'une base triangulaire de dix centimètres d'épaisseur dont le sommet est couronné par une feuille de choux frisée. Sur les deux fragments, la totalité de la partie postérieure montre un arrachement qui peut aider à comprendre leur emplacement dans un bâtiment : il doit s'agir de la décoration supérieure de tas de charges de contreforts. L'emploi de telles feuilles de choux frisées n'apparaît pas avant le XIVe siècle. (Sylvain Debard).
