Description
Plaque photographique en verre, format portrait, d'un homme assis sur un tabouret haut devant une grande cuve de bois. Photographie réalisée dans le même environnement que 2005.3.19. Un homme, coiffé d’une casquette et assis sur un tabouret (relativement haut) actionne une perche. Il n’est pas impossible que celle-ci commande un mécanisme de malaxage en lien avec les cuveaux qui, comme sur l’image 2005.3.19 sont en bois, mais ici avec des cercles mixtes (fer et bois). La tenue du personnage, tablier long et bottes hautes, corrobore ce poste, voire celui de transporteur de barbotine. Les planches qui apparaissent sur la gauche suggèrent un bat-flanc permettant de contenir des matériaux solides. Au vu des brindilles et de la paille présentent sur le sol, on peut supposer que le stockage des fagots de démarrage des fours ainsi que l’atelier d’emballage ne devait pas être très éloigné.
