statuette en métal cuivreux ; « Dans l'Égypte ancienne, les dieux faucons sont nombreux mais le plus célèbre est Horus, fils d'Osiris et Isis, divinité protectrice de la monarchie. Le vol majestueux du rapace planant dans le ciel a été interprété comme un symbole du soleil. » (F. Rubiella, 2020) ; "L'oiseau est surmonté du disque solaire avec une uraeus dont la queue se prolonge sur la tête du faucon. Peu de détails indiqués. Sous les serres très grandes de l'animal, deux tenons. Les faucons-dieux sont nombreux en Egypte mais les plus célèbres sont les dieux Horus qu'il faut eux-mêmes distinguer les uns et les autres. A l'origine Horus fut un grand dieu du ciel très vite incarné par l'oiseau splendide : le faucon. De là il devint le soleil lui-même sous le nom de Rê-Horakhti, "l'Horus de l'Horizon."
