Description
Portrait en pied de Rosemonde Gérard, épouse d'Edmond Rostand, en 1905. Très droite, le port altier, elle tient dans sa main gauche un éventail. Pose quasi-identique à celle du portrait de la salle à manger. Elle porte une robe grise à motifs de grappes de raisin. La robe au décolleté horizontal est barrée d'un noeud rouge et fleur orange. Fond de papier peint, étagère, sol rouge. Cette huile sur toile est le 2ème portrait réalisé par le peintre après celui de 1904.
