Description
L'estampe représente un paysage de montagne et d'arbre. Un cours d'eau traverse les différents plan (du pied de la montagne en haut à droite) et se jette dans un lac qui occupe toute la largeur du premier plan, manifesté par le papier laissé vide. La présence humaine se manifeste par des constructions qui ponctuent et lient les différents plans : au premier plan, un pavillon au toit central surmonté d'une flèche en forme d'oiseau ; un pont enjambe la rivière et permet au regard de passer au second plan, marqué par un complexe architectural en forme de svastika ; dans le coin inférieur gauche, un pont, au lointain articule l'arrière-plan au second plan.
