Officier est une pièce de dessin, beaux-arts, vie militaire réalisée par MILAN André, au musée de la Marine de Loire. papier, mine de plomb est le procédé utilisé pour cette oeuvre. Cette pièce mesure H. 20,9 cm ; l. 15,5 cm. Cette pièce a pour sujet : vie militaire,officier. L'oeuvre appartient à la 1er quart 20e siècle. Complément d'information : Peintre caricaturiste, né le 22/10/1894 à St Martin d'Abbat où son père était directeur d’école. Il appartenait en 1914 au 125e Régiment d’Infanterie. Blessé une première fois ç la cote 304 le 9 mai 1916. Titulaire de la Croix de Guerre avec étoile d’Argent et de la Médaille militaire, il fut tué le 11 juin 1918 dans les combats de Méry (Oise). Il fait ses études au Lycée d’Orléans où il partage les premiers prix de dessin avec un de ses amis de Châteauneuf. Dès cette époque, ses oeuvres sont déjà recherchées même par ses professeurs et ses camarades. Ses études terminées, il entre à la Banque de France, ce qui lui permet de continuer à travailler comme caricaturiste ou illustrateur. Son trait, sa sûreté de main faisaient l’admiration de tous ses amis artistes qui lui prédisaient un brillant avenir artistique. Biographie écrite par André Bezançon mort le 11/06/1918.
