Ajout de 2 lettres autographes de Voltaire : au tome 1 lettre au cardinal de La Tour d'Auvergne datée du 15 mai [1746 d'après l'article de Jean Vaché "une lettre inédite de Voltaire" paru dans La bibliothèque de Louis Médard à Lunel. - Montpellier : SVPI, 1987] et une autre datée du 26 avril 1758 aux Délices et adressée à M. Dupont avocat, au tome 67, volume ajouté par le bibliophile à cette collection. ; 11 des portraits de l'édition sont des épreuves avant la lettre, ainsi que les 20 portraits que Louis Médard a ajoutés. ; Exemplaire avec les cartons. ; Préfaces manuscrite de Médard à chaque œuvre. ; Aux 66 volumes de l'édition, Louis Médard a ajouté un volume de 53 portraits de Voltaire dessinés par Huber et gravés par Villercy. ; Demi-reliure bordeaux signée Simier R. du roi.
