L'oeuvre représente : scène (Guerre de 14-18, tranchée,soldat,Noël,fillette). La création de cette oeuvre remonte à la 1er quart 20e siècle. Concernant cette pièce : Maurice Neumont, né le 22 septembre 1868 à Paris et mort le 10 février 1930 à Paris, est un peintre et affichiste français. Élève de Gérôme, il exposa à Paris en 1902 au salon de la société des Artistes français. Pendant la Première Guerre mondiale, il réalisa des affiches de propagande. Membre de la Société artistique et littéraire ' Le Cornet ', Maurice Neumont en illustra 56 menus entre le 4 juillet 1904 et le 8 novembre 1929. Il fut le fondateur, avec Jean-Louis Forain, Francisque Poulbot et Adolphe Willette, de la République libre de Montmartre.
