Gravure sur bois de fil sur papier, épreuve coloriée ; Représentation de Lyderic souriant en géant (personnage de cortège) avec ses attributs: ces vêtements, le faucon, l'épée, blason. Il porte une grande robe jaune à collerette couvrant son armure. Sa casque est emplumé.et tient son faucon sur son poing droit. A côté de lui à sa droite, un couple de spectateurs nous donne une idée de l'échelle. Les plumes et les dentelles illustrent la richesse et la puissance de Lydéric, le faucon suggère la forêt (espace originaire de son histoire : où tout a eu lieu) appropriée et la codification des pratiques de chasse par la noblesse depuis le Moyen Age.
