Description
Homme à tête de faucon, le dieu Khonsou nous apparaît ici debout sur un socle, dans l'attitude de la marche, la jambe gauche en avant; il avance vers nous avec un air martial. Ses bras sont collés au corps et paraissent lui donner un aspect général de rigidité. Le seul vêtement qu'il porte est un pagne plissé, retenu à la taille par une ceinture. Sur la tête, il porte ses symboles: la pleine lune et l'uraeus. Sur la face postérieure de l'amulette, on aperçoit un pilier dorsal percé d'un orifice de suspension à sa partie moyenne
