Description
Argile peinte ; Col étroit et convexe, panse allongée, anse verticale à protubérance centrale attachée à l'embouchure percée d'un trou. Languettes sur le col et sur l'épaule. Décor en figures rouges : deux figures encadrées de grandes palmettes flanquées de volutes. A - JEUNE SATYRE devant un autel ; il tient le thyrse de la main gauche, une situle de la main droite, est chaussé de botillons et s'avance sur un sol onduleux, d'où s'élève une plante ; dans le champ, à gauche, disque. B- JEUNE HOMME drapé, tourné à gauche, tenant une palme ; dans le champ, à gauche, cadre rectangulaire (fenêtre ?). Abondant usage de la peinture blanche, notamment pour l'autel, le thyrse, la situle, la queue du satyre, la plante, la ligne de sol, rehaussée parfois elle-même de peinture jaune.
