Description
Cette estampe représente Manuel recevant des couronnes civiques, faites de feuilles de chêne, et autres distinctions honorifiques offertes par plusieurs collectifs suite à son expulsion héroïque hors de la Chambre. On distingue sur cette gravure la couronne en or offerte par la ville de Lyon ainsi que le rameau en or offert par la ville de Tours. On y voit aussi les couronnes offertes par la Vendée et une autre par le Midi, un vase de la ville de Strasbourg. Le buste sur la table est-il celui de Manuel ? ; A gauche on reconnait Lafayette et derrière c'est peut-être Jacques Laffitte (La couronne d'or offerte par la ville de Lyon en photo au musée est toujours la propriété de Michel Lallemand).
