Bois polychrome (tête, mains), coton pour les vêtements, plume pour le chapeau, cuir pour les souliers, métal pour les galons et l'épée. ; Personnage masculin portant la barbe et la moustache. Il est vêtu d'un costume de mousquetaire bicolore (noir et safran, rehaussé de galons métalliques argentés), complété d'une cape, d'un chapeau à plumes et d'une épée dans son fourreau de velours rouge (présence d'une large ceinture de satin vert garnie de paillettes et de perles de verre). Il porte des collants et des chaussures à lacets en cuir imprimé. Il est surnommé "Henri IV" par Louis de Budt.
