De nombreux éléments sculptés très fragmentaires appartenant à un relief de Mithra taurochtone ont été mis au jour sur l'emplacement de ce mithraeum : têtes, bustes et fragments de jambes et pieds des deux dadophores ; tête de vent ; crâne, mufle et pied du taureau ; corps et patte du chien ; éléments du personnage central de Mithra (manteau, jambe, plis de tunique, bras et main, bonnet phrygien..) ; torse de Sol (?). De la base du relief, n'est conservé que le bloc médian, qui porte les vestiges du pied du vase placé sous le ventre du taureau. À gauche, traces du serpent. À droite, sont visibles également les pattes d'un petit lion, gardien de l'urne.
