Edition originale sur papier Angoumois à la main de Sennelier, comprenant 67 feuillets dont les 54 premiers sont peints à la gouache, certains étant rehaussées à l'encre de Chine. Les 67 feuillets comportent un poème dactylographié à l'encre noire. L'extérieur du coffret est recouvert d'un papier peint velours, aux motifs floraux baroques beige et crème. La couverture présente une peinture insérée en cartouche. Les rabats intérieurs sont ornés de deux calligraphies à l'encre noire sur papier insérées en cartouche. L'intérieur du coffret est tapissée d'une peinture sur papier glacé ; Volume de 67 feuillets dans un coffret à couverture rempliée
