Médaillon rond en céramique blanche (biscuit) cerné dans un cadre métallique et offrant, sur la face principale, un motif en relief, blanc sur fond bleu, en imitation d'un camée. Le blanc est figuré par la céramique laissée brute tandis que le fond est peint en bleu ciel. Le cadre métallique et doré et forme des pattes au revers pour maintenir le médaillon en céramique. Un crochet de suspension en métal est placé sur la tranche du médaillon au niveau du cadre métallique.
