Description
Plaque de verre utilisée pour une projection avec une lanterne magique. Chromolithographie sur papier transparent collée sur plaque de verre selon le principe du décalcomanie. La colle se compose de gélatine blanche et d'eau. Une première plaque de verre est recouverte de cette colle, la chromolithographie est placée sur cette couche que l'on fait séchée. Après nettoyage et séchage, une autre plaque de verre sera placée sur l'image afin de la protéger. (source : Grand Catalogue n°46, E. Mazo-1910/1911-p.147).
