Croix pattée, biface avec deux épées en croix ; au centre, tête de la République, regard à droite avec inscription : 'REPUBLIQUE FRANCAISE'. Au revers, inscription '1914-1917' ; bélière à boule munie d'un anneau. Ruban vert avec sept raies rouges, une étoile en bronze ; une barre de suspension en haut.
