Métal cuivreux ; "Petit reliquaire en forme de sarcophage surmonté d'un cobra. Le docteur Fouquet note l'existence d'un squelette de serpent. Il s'agit là d'un exemplaire d'ex-voto destinés à s'attirer les faveurs du dieu dont l'animal en question est l'attribut. Des sarcophages de ce type furent trouvés sous la chaussée d'accès du Sérapeum de Memphis parmi la multitude d'ex-voto enfouis en cet endroit." (Affholder-Gérard et Cornic, 1990)
