Description
Le service de la poste aux armées comprend six bureaux divisionnaires, désignés par les six premières lettres de l'alphabet. Ces bureaux acheminaient le courrier militaire mais aussi les correspondances civiles. Ces marques d'origine disparurent peu après l'organisation de la poste civile en juin 1835. Cette lettre en port dû de l'armée expéditionnaire d'Afrique, bureau B (Alger) à destination de Neuchatel en Suisse en 1830 . Vers 1832, le bureau B passe à Bône. Cette lettre est purifiée à Toulon
