Description

2 pupitres en calcaire polychrome, présentant un ange agenouillé, tenant de ses mains écartées une tablette à rebord formant pupitre, destinée à recevoir un livre. Sa tête, légèrement penchée sur la gauche, est couronnée d'une chevelure bouclée. Il porte une tunique serrée à la taille; ses pieds sont nus et ses ailes vont jusqu'à terre. Le dos de la statue est rendu avec autant de soin que la face. Provient très probablement du jubé de la cathédrale Saint-Lazare.
