Fond brossé bleu lissé, impression à la planche en 9 couleurs sur papier vélin rabouté, formé de deux feuilles (h. 28.6, l. 44.4 ; h. 29.7, l. 44.4). Trois symboles révolutionnaires : une cocarde aux couleurs nationales, un bonnet phrygien, emblème de la République et deux rameaux de chêne, attributs de la force de la jeune République. L'inscription reprend les valeurs défendues par la Convention : "Freyheit, Gleichheit, Bruderliebe oder Todt, Einheit Unzertreulichkeit der Republick" (Liberté, égalité, fraternité ou la mort, unité et indivisibilité de la République). ; Papier peint ; impression à la planche neuf couleurs sur papier vergé
