Description
Médaillon en ivoire sculpté en bas-relief découpé, sur fond de feuille de métal gaufré en losanges et laqué vert. Sous verre. La plaque en métal a une composition de fer ; Boîte en ivoire doublée d'écaille ; Boite cylindrique en ivoire portant médaillon sur le couvercle : Double armoiries surmontée d'une couronne de baron. L'écusson de gauche est d'azur à trois fleurs de lys sur tige au naturel reliées par un ruban d'argent. L'écusson de droite porte sur fond d'azur un treillissé de... orné. Au dessous des écussons, deux coeurs au naturel sont suspendus. Du milieu des deux coeurs, partent deux tiges de pendants : celui de gauche à deux groupes de un et deux coeurs surmontés de tiges de fleurs de lys. Celui de droite à deux coeurs isolés également surmontés de tiges de fleurs de lys. Ces groupes de coeurs sont posés sur un terrain où il pousse d'autres coeurs. A droite et à gauche, deux tiges chargées de fleurs et de fruits servent de cadre
