Statuette féminine pouvant être placée debout, sur ses larges pieds. Le corps est très stylisé, avec de petits bras levés, les mains ouvertes. La tête est très large, terminée en spatule plate avec les yeux, le nez, le menton et les oreilles saillant. Terre jaune-rose, engobe jaune lustrée. Il s'agit d'un cuchimilco, gardien de tombe ou compagnon dans l'au-delà pour les défunts de la culture chancay.
