Masque-planche, étroit et très haut. Bien que les traits humains soient réduits à leur plus simple expression, ce masque conserve indéniablement un caractère anthropomorphe. Les yeux sont des petites fentes. Le nez, probablement perdu, était tenu par des chevilles et des liens en tendon. Sur le pourtour, il y avait une baguette, au verso yeux et nez sont creusés dans la masse
