Livret militaire délivré à Jules Millot en 1915. Il comprend 34 pages. Informations relevant de l'état-civil : Jules Millot, né le 8 octobre 1895 à Fleurey-sur-Ouche, cultivateur de profession. Descriptif physique : cheveux brun, yeux gris, nez rectiligne et visage ovale et mesure 1m75. Page 4, on apprend qu'il fut blessé à l'Hartmawiller Kopf le 1er janvier 1916, cité le 16 janvier pour 'belle conduite au combat du 1er janvier où il a été blessé'. Sur la même page, on apprend qu'il fut encore blessé le 8 juin 1918 à Chézy-en-Orxois. Aucune information n'a été donné concernant son niveau d'instruction (page 6). Page 7, on apprend qu'il a été vacciné. Page 32, une note manuscrite précise qu'il a bénéficié d'une permission de détende de 12 jours du 25 janvier au 8 février 1917. Il a été définitivement réformé le 6 mai 1930. Au sujet de sa santé, on apprend qu'il est célibataire, qu'en août 1918 il souffre de rhumatismes imputables au service, ce qui lui vaut 20 jours de convalescence.
