Loeschcke IV. Lampe moulée à deux volutes doubles se poursuivant sous le bec. Sans anse. Disque en cuvette limitée par trois sillons concentriques ainsi qu'un bourrelet. Bandeau concave. Trou de remplissage à droite du décor. Trou d'évent. Réservoir circulaire à profil biconvexe. Base circulaire plate limitée par un bourrelet enfermant la marque de potier en relief "SVRILLIV".

D'autre part, il cite (p. 97) un flanc de gourde signé SVRILLI. Ces éléments permettent de faire de SVRILLVS un potier, fabricant de lampes et de médaillons. (..) Leibundgut cite une quinzaine de lampes à Lezoux ; confirmation chez Vaginay, M., «Lampes gallo-romaines en terre cuite trouvées à Roanne», Bull, de la Diana 46, 2, 1979, p. 42-43, qui cite également la présence de moules.".
