Description

Paire de patins en cuir blanc équipés de lames vissées sous les semelles. Ils ont été fabriqués par l'entreprise Graf Skates, fondée en 1921 qui produit des patins à glace de haute qualité pour le hockey et le patinage artistique. La bottine en cuir souple permet à la fois de tenir la cheville mais aussi d'autoriser des flexions très poussées permettant la réalisation de mouvements gracieux. La courbure à l'arrière permet aussi au patineur de pointer son pied tel un danseur classique. Ces patins se distinguent de ceux utilisés par les patineurs artistiques qui ont plutôt des bottines en cuir rigide pour sécuriser la réception des sauts. Les femmes doivent avoir des bottines blanches ou beiges, tandis que celles des hommes sont noires.
