Description

Lampe à huile en céramique à pâte jaune clair très tendre avec traces d'engobe plus foncé par endroits. Bec long et arrondi orné de volutes latérales et séparé du médaillon par un sillon segmenté (lampe de la fin du Ier siècle). Médaillon central concave cerné de trois sillons circulaires concentriques (séparant 2 bourrelets inégaux), puis d'un bandeau plat. Le médaillon est orné d'une victoire ailée, drapée, marchant de face, tenant de la main droite un bouclier rond et de la main gauche une palme (?). Un trou d'évent est placé entre les deux volutes ; le trou d'alimentation est décentré sur la droite du médaillon. Les parois du réservoir présentent une pliure marquée (en relief) à la jointure du bec, dans le prolongement des volutes du dessus. Pied bas et plat, cerné d'un sillon circulaire. Ancienne fiche d'A. Dumoulin : "Lampe à huile en terre jaune clair très tendre ; bec rond à volutes latérales (F. Dressel 11, fin du Ier siècle). Le dessus est orné d'une victoire ailée, drapée, marchant de face, la main droite tenant un bouclier rond, la gauche une palme. Tombe 6, à côté de l'amphore."
