Description
Tunique (attush) aïnoue en fibres d'écorce d'orme (hoyo) brun uni, à manches longues et carrées, ouverte sur le devant, bordures et parements en tissu de coton teint à l'indigo et rehaussé de broderies sur le col, le bord inférieur, les manches et le milieu du dos.#Après la récolte fibres de l’écorce interne d’orme (ohyo) assurée par les hommes, les femmes préparent la partie interne de l’écorce en la trempant dans une eau courante, puis en divisant les fibres en brins. Ces brins sont tissés à la main au moyen d’un métier à tisser maintenu dans le dos par une sangle, pour obtenir un tissu dense, résistant et chaud. Cette tunique est constituée d’un tissu de fond en ohyo brun uni, en armure toile. Les manches cousues sont longues et carrées (de type wajin sade). La tunique est ouverte sur le devant, la fermeture se faisant au moyen d’un lacet – plus traditionnellement, les pans d’un attush sont superposés et maintenus fermés au moyen d’une ceinture.#Les bordures et parements sont renforcés et décorés d’appliqués en tissu de coton teint à l’indigo. Ils sont rehaussés de broderies en fils de coton bleu clair, réalisés sur la face avant au point couché (jap. koma, aïnou ikarari), sur la face arrière au point de chaînette (jap. kusari, aïnou oho).#Bon état
