Description
Horloge de parquet équipé d'un mouvement Saint-Nicolas. Elle sonne les heures et les demi-heures. Le cadran, en cuivre émaillé, est marqué 'Mariné Levasseur à Notre-Dame'. Le balancier est derrière les cordes. Le décor est composé d'une jardinière à piédouche avec deux anses galbées. Au sommet de la tête, deux feuilles sont disposées en forme d'ailes, avec au centre, une troisième feuille. De chaque côté, partent des fleurs de lilas, des anémones et divers feuillages et fleurs. Autour du cadran, le décor est fait de roses, de grappes de raisins, de bourgeons et de noix. Les aiguilles sont dites 'au soleil'. Les chiffres sont romains. Devant le balancier : le décor est un drapé et d'une couronne. A la base du fronton, se trouvent deux motifs carrés. Sur la porte : sur la traverse supérieure, une petite corbeille avec des feuillages, des fleurs de lilas et des anémones. La porte est encastrée et moulurée. La fermeture est une poignée decuivre représentant une main fermée tenant un parchemin roulé
