Description
Clochette à main en bronze patiné vert foncé, décorée en bas-relief, en forme de coupe renversée : sur la poignée décor de trois feuilles d'acanthe ; sur le cerveau et l'épaule quatre cercles imbriqués. Sur la jupe : partie supérieure, frise sans décor avec deux têtes de clou de part et d'autre qui servent de suspension au battant à l'intérieur de la cloche ; au centre décors en frise, alternés par des ornementations végétales suspendues à la frise supérieure avec visage d'homme au centre, un ange tenant un sceptre (rameau de fleurs de lys ?), un homme ou une femme auréolé.e assis.e avec un livre sur ses genoux faisant peut-être un geste d'étonnement, un vase avec une composition florale haute. Partie inférieure : trois cercles imbriqués et décors végétaux stylisés en frise. A l'intérieur de la cloche : battant avec système de suspension et boule en fer, ce système ne semble pas d'origine mais une réparation après désoudage du battant visible grâce à un point de rouille au centre à l'intérieur de la cloche. Interprétation de ce décor : très probablement scène de l'Annonciation avec l'ange Gabriel et la Vierge Marie. Clochette à main liturgique ?
