Description
Fibule de type Pröttel 3/4 B, correspond à des 'fibules à charnière placée dans un 'tube' formant un bras transversal. Ce bras est muni à chacune de ses extrémités d'un bulbe en forme d'olive ou d'oignon, fréquemment facetté. La tête est également ornée d'un bulbe similaire. L'arc est courbé en demi-cercle, sa section est généralement trapézoïdale. Il est plus long que le pied. Ce dernier est rectiligne, le porte-ardillon à la forme d'une gaine [...] le pied des fibules de type Keller / Pröttel 3/4 B présente un décor de cercles estampés. Labaune, 2000, p. 33, pl. 6 ; 'Fibule massive, manche droit guilloché, ornée en haut et en bas d'annelets gravés, quatre en haut, six en bas, séparés par une cordelière centrale de haut en bas, longueur du manche 0,04 à partir duquel se développe une courbe en demi-cercle de 0,03 de diamètre biseautée et massive terminée par un croisillon orné de boules saillantes à chaque extrémité et d'une troisième au milieu, a conservé son ardillon, long totale 0,085. Trouvée dans la partie neuve du nouveau cimetière, sous les rempart avec des poteries samiennes, une MB de Marc-Aurèle, une de Trajan, un PB, FL, IVL NEPOS, une PB de SALONINA, une PB fourré, IVLIA AUGUSTA, un lingot bronze de _ kilos, près du lieu où on a découvert 40 débris de moules de médailles de petit module. 9 et xbre 1893.'
