Fibule de 'type Feugère 29 : à charnière zoomorphe pouvant être subdivisée en 2 groupes selon l'arc est simple et représente un animal (29a) ou qu'il représente une scène plus complexe (29b). Variante 29a4b : un cheval marin stylisé nageant à droite, émaillé.' Labaune 2000, p. 27-29 ; 'Fibule représentant un cheval marin terminé en queue de poisson, elle était émaillée. L'émail qui remplissait les trois petits cercles qu'on remarque sur le poitrail a disparu. Il devait se composer de trois lentilles bleues. Une fibule semblable trouvée aussi à Autun avait les trois annelets remplis d'émail de cette couleur. Long. 0.045 Autun, 1868, sous les Marbres.' Fiche Inventaire Bulliot ; 'Ces fibules épousent la silhouette de différents animaux : paon (a), oiseau aux ailes déployées (b), ou au repos ©, poisson (d), cheval marin (e), lièvre (f), chien courant (g), lions (h). [....] On notera dans ces objets la fréquente utilisation de l'émail en à-plat ©, (e) et en pastilles ©, (d) pour figurer l'oeil (e), (g) et le recours à la gravure pour rende le plumage des oiseaux (a), (b), les écailles du poisson (d) ou le pelage des animaux (g), (h).'
