Description
Bois : chêne mouluré et sculpté ; Mouvement en métal : laiton, métal émaillé ; Horloge constituée : 1. Caisse en chêne sculpté et mouluré, longue jusqu'au sol (plinthe). Elle est composée d'une porte à trois panneaux rectilignes de tailles différentes. Il n'y a pas d'oculus. Les moulures de la porte sont saillantes et les panneaux sont pourvus de plates-bandes avec carrés. La traverse supérieure de la gaine est sculptée d'un panier d'où sortent des branchages de fleurs et de fruits. Les côtés sont moulurés de même avec plates-bandes et carrés. La corniche intermédiaire est composée d'une gorge et d'un boudin. La tête est composée de trois portes dont celle de face à la traverse supérieure arrondie pour dégager le fronton du mouvement, les moulures de portes sont pour les trois en saillie. La corniche suit le mouvement de la porte centrale. Les angles sont droits. Entrée de serrure et poignée en fer découpés en S opposés ; fiche avec tournages. Le toit est constitué d'un carton imprimé sur la partie intérieure : calendrier avec les mois de février, avril, juin, août, octobre, représentant deux enfants déguisés, l'un en Pierrot, l'autre en Colombine, s'embrassant sur la bouche. 2a. Mouvement en métal, cadran en métal émaillé blanc surmonté d'un décor découpé de volutes symétriques en laiton. La petite aiguille présente un soleil rayonnant à son extrémité 2b. Balancier 2c et d.
