Description

Cette tête masculine frustre porte une couronne ornée de feuilles nervurées. L'origine de ce moulage n'est pas connue. Cette tête ornait-elle le sommier d'une arcature aveugle ou celle d'un triforium ? Le caractère volontairement exacerbé des traits et la grossièreté de l'exécution indiquent sans doute que cet élément de décor devait être vu à distance, comme les têtes frustres qui animent le triforium de la tour de croisée de Notre-Dame de Dijon.
