Description
Hêtre laqué gris, recouverte de soie (postérieure). ; Ce type de chaise, destiné à accompagner des tables à jeu, porte de nombreux noms. On parle ainsi de voyeuse (plutôt pour les spectateurs de la partie, avec son assise basse, elle ressemble à un prie-Dieu et on s'y agenouille de la même manière) ou de ponteuse (du verbe "ponter", c'est-à-dire "miser", utilisé par les joueurs), ou encore de chaise flamande ou délassante. Le haut du dossier est équipé d'un accoudoir (pour poser les coudes), qui renferme parfois une petite boîte à charnières dans laquelle on peut ranger son tabac et les jeux. ; Chaise à dossier à décor de lyre et traverse supérieure munie d'un épais coussin ; les pieds sont fuselés et cannelés, les pieds postérieurs placés trés en oblique.
