HACKERT Jacob Philippe : Prenzlau, 1737 ; San Piero di Careggio, 1807. Peintre d'histoire allemand, de paysages, dessinateur et graveur. Fils de Philippe Hackert, il travailla chez lui puis chez son oncle, peintre de décors de théâtre, et à l'Académie de Berlin. En 1765 à Paris il collabore avec son frère George Hackert et reçoit les conseils de Le Sueur. Il obtient un succès notable pour ses vues en perspective et vit en Italie. Il travaille pour Catherine de Russie et le roi Ferdinand de Naples dont il fut le peintre officiel. On lui doit un Traité pour l'instruction de la peinture du paysage paru en 1803 ;#HACKERT George Abraham (graveur) : Penzlau, 1755 ; Florence, 1805. Graveur allemand, il travaille d'abord avec son frère Jacob Philippe, puis dans l'atelier de Berger à Berlin. En 1786 il s'établit à Naples comme graveur et marchand d'estampes, au service du roi
