Description
Scène de plein-air, trois personnages se prélassent au bord de l'eau. Au premier plan, un jeune homme nu est assis sur la rive et se tient le pied droit. La pose fait référence à au nu classique du tireur d'épine. Le vêtement rouge et le chapeau de ce baigneur sont posés au sol en bas à gauche, à côté se tient un chien noir allongé portant en collier rouge. Au second plan, un homme est debout en maillot de bain. Ses pieds baignent dans une eau peu profond. Chapeau sur la tête, il s'éclabousse ou se frotte le visage des deux mains. A l'arrière-plan, un troisième personnage, entièrement nu, est assis sur la rive en retrait. Jambes croisés, il semble effleurer la surface de l'eau avec ses pieds. Encadrant la scène, une nature luxuriante avec des arbres prend place .
