Assiette décorative de forme lentille à décor imprimé noir. La série s'intitule les Contrastes. La vignette est coupée en deux, ce qui permet à l'auteur d'opposer deux situations. Titre de la vignette : La médecine. A gauche, un médecin en consultation au milieu du XIX° siècle et à droite, un médecin au début du XX° siècle. Légende : 12. Autrefois. Une sangsue, trente centimes, une purge, trois sous... une consultation deux francs. Vous serez guéri, ce n'est pas trop cher. (à droite :) Aujourd'hui. Rien n'est plus simple, je vous ouvre le ventre, j'en enlève la moitié, je vous remets des boyaux de lapin, coût : 25000 francs, c'est pour rien. L'aile est décorée en mauve au vaporisateur
